ViaHotel was born out of a scene every hotelier knows: Friday, 6pm, a queue at the front desk — and half the questions are about the Wi-Fi password. Brazilian hospitality keeps growing while running on lean teams; someone had to absorb the repetitive questions so that people are free for real hospitality.
Our answer is the digital concierge: a QR code in every room that opens a page in the guest’s browser — no app — with everything about the property, an AI that answers instantly (using only what the owner published) and a direct chat with the front desk.
We are 100% self-service on purpose. You create your page at 11pm, without talking to a salesperson, with public pricing in Brazilian reais, an invoice and cancellation in 2 clicks. And we are Brazilian by design: Pix, WhatsApp, LGPD and pre-check-in following the FNRH standard.
